Bing has been officially launched in the UK. It might be a bit too early to say this but Bing definitely has the potential to attract a high percentage of users, who generally use other major search engines. This post will discuss some of the exciting features that Bing has come out with.
Bing Quick View Box
A search query returns many results. Generally, readers click on the link that provides relevant information about a website through the title and description set up by webmasters of that website. With Bing’ s ‘Quick View Box’ users can move their cursor to the right of the search results text and launch the Quick View box, a pop up that shows relevant information and data pulled out by Bing.

Bing Videos
When searching for videos on Bing, just moving your mouse cursor over a video thumbnail will start playing that video there and then. How cool is that? It gives you a sneak peak on what the video is about rather than actually clicking on the video first and then finding out.
Bing Visual Search
Search for content in visual form rather than text form. If you can’t remember what you are looking for but have a vague idea, a visual form of a relevant search will help you recognise what you are looking for instantly. A Bing visual search on dog breeds can be seen below.
