Senior Digital Account Executive (SEO focus)

Job title: Senior Digital Account Executive
Reports to: Digital Strategist
Type: Permanent
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a t-shaped person! What does that mean? Well, we’re looking to find a client-facing SEO specialist with a working knowledge of at least one other digital discipline; digital advertising, social media or digital PR.
Your role is varied and will involve delivery, client management and research & development – backed up with research, considered and applied strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of SEO campaigns from audit and research right through to delivery and analysis using industry-leading white-hat methodologies only
- Lead day-to-day client communications and periodic reporting and contribute to pitches.
- Escalating causes for concern to line manager(s)
- Demonstrate an ability to improve one’s learning and, where appropriate, share with colleagues; notably keeping abreast with channel, industry and beahavioural developments.
- Learning and contributing towards company-wide commercial objectives.
You may, on occasion, be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to meet the needs of the business.
Role Requirements:
As a motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individual you’ll come prepared and ready to hit the ground running from day one equipped with the following skills and experiences;
Strategising, setting up, delivering and reporting on SEO campaigns
- Working knowledge of either digital advertising, social media, or digital PR
- Account Management
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Some understanding of HTML and other development languages
- Technical understanding of how search engines crawl the web
- Google Analytics and Google Webmasters experience
- Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint with exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluency in a second language is desirable, but not essential.
