4Ps Marketing graduate scheme

4Ps Marketing recruits the best graduates from the best universities to train them in the basics of media and marketing. Only when our graduates have a broad understanding of media and marketing are they introduced to search engine marketing. We feel that it is necessary for all graduates to understand marketing before they are involved in investing clients SEO and PPC budgets.

A degree in marketing does not mean an understanding of real life marketing so we put an emphasis on understanding our client’s individual business environments before SEO & PPC training.

Once PPC & SEO training begins we slowly introduce our graduates to meetings, reports and implementation. Every graduate will progress at their own pace and only become a full member of the delivery team when they have consistently proved their motivation and aptitude.

Skills

• You must be a bright & enthusiastic individual who is looking to progress their career within search engine marketing
• Technical knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS an advantage
• A knowledge of CMS’s such as Joomla, Movable Type, WordPress etc
• Web Design and Web Development skills is an advantage
• Experience with Linux servers is an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills are essential
• Must be a UK resident or work permit holder
