#FeelGood: How we want to continue to be “Good Human Beings” in 2018

To kick-start 2018, 4Ps have launched a new campaign called #FeelGood to bring to life one of our favourite brand values – being good human beings!

This campaign is broken down into 3 parts – Giving Back, Pass It Forward and Story Time.



Giving Back

Giving Back is all about us as an organisation giving up our time to make a difference to our community. We want to continue to be good human beings, so it is time for us to be Giving Back!

We’re very excited to announce that we have partnered with Inspiring the Future in London. They are a national online match making service which connects over 6000 schools and colleges with over 3000 people from the world of work. At 4Ps we have an opportunity to speak to young people about our job, career and education route that we took to help young people make important decisions about their future.

In Cornwall we have partnered with Surfers against Sewage, a marine conservation charity working with communities to protect beaches and marine life by clearing up beaches.

Last year SAS volunteers helped remove 55 TONNES of marine plastic pollution and litter from 475 beaches across the UK. Our 4Ps team down in Cornwall will help towards that in 2018 by organising their very own beach clean!

Also, we have partnered with Heartlands Cornwall Visitor Centre which is a FREE visitor centre and world heritage site gateway near Redruth. It offers botanical gardens, interactive exhibitions and world heritage exhibitions all set in the shadow of an iconic Cornish engine house. Our Cornwall team will be helping towards the maintenance of this cultural playground ensuring it continues to be as beautiful and eventful as it is now.

All 4Ps employees will be allocated two #GivingBack days per year to volunteer with the above charities. We can all make a difference to young children and their view of the working world, help with clearing up UK’s beaches and assisting and maintaining a visitor centre and World Heritage Site Gateway.

We are welcoming any more suggestions of charities that someone has close to their heart for us to partner with, so we can continue to be good human beings in the wider community!!



Pass It Forward

Pass It Forward is all to do with our brand-new mentorship scheme where our 4Ps people will have a pool of mentors to be able to support them in their development and career goals. We are providing external training for mentors so that they can be their most effective. More to report on this soon so watch this space!!



Story Time

Story Time is where we have a platform to be able to share our monthly success stories and wins with the whole company. It encourages togetherness and motivation to strive for personal, client and agency growth!  Our first story will be shared next week!
