Since the inception of 4Ps in 2008, building long-term relationships outside of the office has been part of our DNA. We love having a good time with clients and friends in the entrepreneurial, digital and marketing space. That said, it’s much more fun to network on the ski run, at the pub, or even at the top of Ben Nevis.
Inspired by this thinking, the HP Golf Society is the brainchild of 4Ps co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer, Chris Hyland. We’ve played regular meets over the past couple of years, with a whole host of 4Ps friends joining in. The group meets a few times throughout the year at different courses. It’s always fun…and a bit competitive.
The HP Golf Society Tees Off For 2017
On March 29th, we kicked off the new season with our first meet of the year at Woldingham Golf Club. Chris says, “I hope my fellow golfers would agree that it was an enjoyable day – hotly contested with some very good scoring.”
Congratulations to the following:
BEST STABLEFORD: Neil Lucey won with 37 points. Ian Caswell was the runner up on 36 points, beating two fellow golfers on the same score by countback.
PHOENIX FROM THE FLAMES for best recovery: Paul Stephen who scored 4 points on the front nine and 13 points on the back nine.
RACE TO THE SHIRE: Unsurprisingly, Neil Lucey leads on 37 points with three meets remaining.
By way of a reminder, the spring meeting will be held at Essendon Country Club in late May. If you are interested in coming along, please get in touch and email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject header HPGS.
