You will research and prepare analysis, undertake paid search delivery work and liaise with clients, third party suppliers and internal teams to ensure optimal delivery, account development and the strengthening of client relationships.

Main Responsibilities

General responsibilities

  • Support the team with the day-to-day running of paid search client accounts
  • Build a strong relationship with key clients, liaising with them as necessary to ensure delivery against the business growth and strategic plan
  • Take responsibility for key areas of paid search delivery assigned to you by members of the team
  • Carry out research for existing projects and for new business
  • Research and prepare reports, presentations, analysis and campaign delivery
  • Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, budgets and timelines

Campaign Strategy

  • Work with the Account Manager to optimise paid search advertising campaigns to maximise performance across common KPI’s – ROI, CPA, COS, Revenue, Clicks and Impressions
  • Create new campaigns, Ad Copy and keywords as required by the client
  • Conduct search query reports to ensure the keyword inventory is kept relevant
  • Proactively maintain an understanding of Google and Bing Paid Search administrative tools and techniques to constantly deliver the latest practices to client campaigns
  • Work with Google Analytics to assist account reporting
  • Liaise with third party software providers on behalf of 4Ps, part of NetBooster and our clients

Reporting

  • Develop a relationship with the client, to provide accurate reporting and support in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and deadlines
  • Support the Account Manager with the account budget throughout the month by collating relevant information and keeping the system up to date
  • Conduct daily checks for accounts within the team and provide feedback to the Account Manager of any potential problems. This will include:
    • Budget report to check account spend against the allocated budget
    • Search engine checks to ensure the account is online
    • Audits to spot anomalies or potential issues
    • Checking landing pages that are not working correctly resulting in URLs needing to be updated
    • Highlighting changes in keyword performing to spot issues and opportunity for growth
    • Monitoring and spotting check use of trademarks on each engine according to the relevant trademark policy.

Skills and Experience

  • 1 years + experience in a paid search environment
  • Comprehensive understanding and passion for digital, web analytics PPC and SEO
  • Knowledge of Google andBing Paid Search administrative tools
  • Ability to conduct research and present back findings coherently
  • Ability to multi task in a fast-moving environment
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong excel and word experience
  • Confident communication skills
