You will personally deliver exceptional affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns, along with overseeing the work produced by others.

You will also take responsibility for supporting the development and growth of the agency’s affiliate marketing service and for the consistency and quality of affiliate marketing produced across the agency.

Main responsibilities

 

Client management

  • Manage the affiliate marketing strategy and delivery for multiple clients across a variety of verticals and sectors for a portfolio of clients with a revenue totalling £250k
  • Work with the Head of Affiliates and Account Directors to spot and develop opportunities for business growth through affiliate marketing for our clients
  • Monitor project performance, timelines and budgets and report on these regularly to the account director and the client
  • Liaise with clients regularly (responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking, managing milestones and approvals)

Affiliate marketing management

  • Develop online affiliate strategy for clients, maximising program reach and conversions
  • Manage multiple client accounts, including product selection, implementation and ongoing optimisation
  • Ensure campaign tracking is at all times correctly deployed and up-to-date
  • Deliver accurate pipeline and invoicing information
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting of results to clients
  • Develop a close working relationship with affiliates and affiliate networks on the UK market
  • Collaborate with Europe-wide group members to maximise knowledge-sharing and ensure best practises are being utilised

Affiliate consultancy

  • Work with the Head of Affiliates to build a strong, profitable affiliate advertising service offering
  • Oversee and approve affiliate marketing quality assurance processes in the agency as agreed with the Head of Affiliates
  • Lead internal training on affiliate marketing
  • Provide affiliate marketing consultancy and training for clients

Skills required

Essential

  • Three to five years’ digital marketing agency experience as an affiliate marketing manager
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build wide ranging partnerships
  • Portfolio of affiliate marketing campaigns that show a demonstrable ROI for clients
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent project management skillsStrong client communication skills with the proven ability to add value to clients
  • Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
