You will be responsible for the offsite content campaign and Digital PR strategies for multiple clients. You will personally deliver exceptional offsite content campaigns while line managing Digital PR Specialists in the central channel team, ensuring work is always of the highest possible standard & delivered within Best Practice guidelines.

Client management

  • Work with the Head of Content and Account Directors to highlight & shape opportunities for business growth through content campaigns for our clients, assisting with the development of resulting proposals
  • Project-manage and deliver end-to-end digital marketing project performance for multiple clients & sectors, monitoring campaign performance, timelines and budgets and communicating on these regularly
  • Lead communications with key offsite content clients when necessary, building and maintaining strong working relationships so that they trust and value your opinions

Commercial awareness

  • Identify opportunities for driving business growth and highlight these to the Head of Content, agreeing plans to deliver these
  • Improve Digital PR ways of working on an ongoing basis
  • Work on New Business pitches as part of a team, leading on offsite content sections
  • Produce case studies, research documents and other collateral

Campaign management

  • Lead, develop and execute digital PR strategies with an SEO and social benefit for multiple clients across a range of verticals, aligned to wider search strategy
  • Demonstrate ongoing insight into main target audiences across multiple verticals, delivering effective advice on how to engage with them
  • Build and utilise existing contacts with relevant and influential online press and publishers to secure coverage for clients
  • Maximise the value of the content we produce by advising on content measurement, reporting and ROI


  • Oversee content distribution in the agency
    • Work with the Head of Content to develop internal processes for content distribution to ensure consistency
    • Lead internal training on delivering content campaigns, offsite SEO and content distribution, etc, and demonstrate how to deliver Digital PR strategy to 4Ps team members
    • Work with Head of Content to develop specific areas of our channel strategy, process and techniques, along with best practice documentation
  • Monitor outreach programmes implemented by other team members (both internal and external) and advise accordingly. Ensure they are creating appropriate content, targeting the appropriate press and managing media in a manner that helps reach content, SEO and social media targets

Skills required


  • Three years’ digital marketing agency experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules
  • Strong client management skills with the proven ability to add value to clients
  • Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills


  • Management experience
  • Experience of running projects of £50k + from start to finish
  • Broad digital marketing knowledge with an in-depth understanding of one of the following: PPC, Analytics, SEO and Content marketing strategies
