You will research and prepare project documentation and analysis, undertake SEO campaign work and liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal project delivery

Main Responsibilities

General responsibilities

  • Support the team with the day-to-day running of client accounts
  • Assist in taking client briefs
  • Carry out accurate reporting, analysis, research and insights for existing projects and for new business
  • Research and prepare project documentation, presentations, analysis and reports
  • Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate internal project teams and third-party suppliers
  • Carry out account administration as required, including but not limited to, note taking, booking meetings and drafting agendas
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks as required

SEO delivery

  • Deliver SEO campaign work for key client accounts as assigned to you by the team in order to increase performance and drive success
  • Carry out technical changes to clients’ websites as required
  • Carry out advanced and detailed keyword research to identify the most effective and targeted key phrases for each client’s SEO campaign
  • Produce detailed technical SEO reports, using a variety of proprietary and 3rd party reporting tools for existing and potential customers
  • Use a variety of analytical tools to assess competitor activity and profiles, establish client share of voice and spot opportunities for growth
  • Understand the client’s products and services, and contribute to client search marketing campaign and objectives
  • Carry out objective testing of SEO tools resources and techniques
  • Research opportunities for content placement and syndication with providers relevant to client niche and target audience
  • Use a variety of analytical tools to assess competitor market activity and profiles, identifying opportunities for growth and promotion
  • Proactively seek training and continuing professional development to stay up to date with developments, algorithm updates and process changes

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • 1 years + experience in SEO in a digital marketing environment
  • Good understanding of search marketing and the factors that influence client websites, search profiles and performance
  • Comprehensive understanding and passion for digital, web analytics and PPC
  • Ability to conduct research and present back findings coherently
  • Ability to multi task in a fast-moving environment
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong excel and word experience
  • Confident communication skills
