We did this because the awards process itself isn’t transparent – who is on the judging panel, what criteria are used, what happens when you don’t have a ‘blue chip’ client are all imponderables.

We know we produce great results for our clients (for some examples, see our case studies) but in our view the only people who can really judge that are our clients.

That’s why we are so delighted to be nominated for nine (yes, nine) awards in the Recommended Agency Register (RAR) Digital Awards. These awards, as far as we know, are the only ones that are exclusively based on client feedback. It’s the clients that select what services they want to recommend us for (like LinkedIn endorsements).

Our clients recommend us for being a “search” agency, that does “e-commerce”, including “content strategy”, “analytics” and “conversion optimisation.” Our clients have also recommended us for doing our work “effectively”, “on budget”, “on time” and with great “client service.”

We also beat all the major agencies (who shall remain nameless). None of these agencies had anywhere near the breadth of feedback we had. Yes they are big (typically more than 100 people) but it is very revealing that none of the big agencies got recommended for being on time AND on budget.

And if client recommendations aren’t enough, we’ll just remind you that we are the ONLY search agency in the top 75 of B2B marketing agencies. This is also objective; the ranking is based on business performance.
